We offer FREE First Class shipping on all orders over $85.00!
We offer FREE Priority shipping on all orders over $250.00!

We ship all in stock items usually within 2-4 business days of order placement. If an item is back ordered, it can take an additional 5 to 10 business days to fulfill the order. However, we will do our absolute best to ship you the product as soon as possible and will do our best to eliminate any unnecessary delays. We ONLY ship with USPS, tracking is always provided.

Orders over $250 will automatically be shipped with a signature requirement, unless otherwise specified. Orders under $250 will be shipped via first class, with no signature required. For special handling such as removal/addition of signature upon receipt of package, or arranging shipping with another carrier like FEDEX you must call directly to make such arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Lost Package Policy
If USPS declares a package as “delivered” and the provided shipping information is identical to the “delivered” address, then you will have to resolve the issue with them directly. If the instance is that we made a mistake on our end, we will be happy to rectify the matter immediately as best as we can. If customer provides an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping. A new order will not be made and sent out, the customer will have to wait for the original package to return to our facility. We will open, inspect the package, and re-ship it to the customer.

Return Policy
Returns are not generally accepted. The following circumstances are the only ones that will warrant a return.

If we sent the wrong product
If you are a VIP member

If we sent you the wrong product, we will happily send you the correct item and handle the shipping as well as to ship any incorrectly sent items back to us. If you are a VIP member, that means you have established a history with us. For these customers, they will be allowed to return items as long as they are unopened, unused, with their safety seals in tact. Items must also be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. You will be given a full refund less return shipping costs. Once we receive the items, we will immediately issue the refund.
